Beta service

Beviso is currently in beta and provided free of charge. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any charge applies to your account, and you can close your account at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity of users you invite to your organisation and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@beviso.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

You keep all rights in the content you add and the data collected from your connected tools. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not connect tools or upload data you are not authorised to share with us.
• Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data or probe the platform without our written permission.
• Do not upload classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information.
• Do not use Beviso in breach of applicable law.

Audits and certifications

Beviso helps you prepare for audits and keep evidence current. It does not certify you, and it does not guarantee that an auditor, certification body or regulator will reach a particular conclusion. Decisions about your compliance remain yours.

Availability and liability

During the beta, the service is provided as it is, without guaranteed availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be limited under German law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closure we delete your organisation’s data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
